Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

MC Mudanza provides professional moving services in Barcelona and across Spain. Our services include local moves, long-distance moves, office relocations, and packing services.

2. Booking and Payment

A deposit of 20% of the total price is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is paid online via credit/debit card. The remaining 80% is paid after the move is completed, either in cash or by bank transfer.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the move date are not eligible for a refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about items, quantities, and dimensions.
• Ensure adequate parking conditions at both origin and destination.
• Additional items found during the move will be charged at a higher rate.

5. Invoicing

If the remaining balance is paid by bank transfer, an invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the client's email address.
