Compensation Policy
1. Coverage
MC Mudanza covers damage to items caused during the moving process. Compensation is calculated using the following formula:

The age coefficient reflects the depreciation of the item over time.

Damage is classified into 5 categories, each with up to 5 severity levels.
Light
Surface scratches, barely noticeable marks

4. Claims Process
After the moving service is completed, you will receive a link to confirm the condition of your items. You have 24 hours to:
- Sign confirmation that all items are in good condition, OR
- Report damaged items with photos and details for compensation calculation.
5. Exclusions
- Damage caused by self-disassembled furniture when packing service was not purchased.
- Items not declared in the inventory at the time of booking.
- Pre-existing damage documented before the move.
- Claims submitted after the 24-hour confirmation window.
6. Payment
Confirmed compensation amounts will be deducted from the remaining balance of the move, or refunded if the balance has already been paid.
