How is the price calculated?
The price is calculated based on: distance between addresses, quantity and type of items, floor and elevator availability at origin and destination, additional services like disassembly/assembly, and parking conditions. Get an exact quote in 2 minutes from our online form.
What is included in the price?
The price includes: professional transport, compensation insurance, loading and unloading, protective blankets for furniture, and experienced drivers. No hidden charges — the price you see is the final price.
How does the 20% deposit work?
You only pay 20% when booking to confirm your date. The remaining 80% is paid on moving day in cash or bank transfer. No fine print.
Can I cancel or change my move?
You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the move and we refund your deposit. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. For date changes, contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Do you disassemble and assemble furniture?
Yes, we offer disassembly and assembly services for selected furniture (beds, wardrobes, modular sofas, etc.). You can select this option when adding each item in our quote form.
What areas do you cover?
We handle moves throughout Barcelona and its metropolitan area. We also offer long-distance moves between cities across Spain. Check availability for your specific route.
Are my belongings insured?
Yes, all our moves include compensation insurance. If any item is damaged during transport, we cover the cost according to our compensation policy. See full details on our compensation page.
How should I prepare for moving day?
We recommend: disassemble furniture if you can, empty drawers, protect fragile items, label boxes by room, request a parking permit from the city if needed, and have everything ready on moving day so our crew can work without delays.
Do you offer packing services?
Yes, we offer professional packing services with high-quality materials. We can pack all your belongings or just fragile items. Includes boxes, bubble wrap, blankets, and tape.
